Approach
How Pravv turns AI into business value
Pravv works in five steps: find the value, design the flow, prototype and deliver, adopt, and prove. We start from a business number and its owner, redesign the work with the people who do it, deliver with your teams, and measure the result against a Value Case, including 90 days after we leave.
Our point of view
Value, in flow.
Value doesn't come out of a tool. It flows from a business decision, through people, into technology, and back to the P&L.
It only flows where business and technology overlap. That overlap is where we work, with your people, until the value shows up.
Most AI programs start with a tool and look for a problem. We start with a number on your P&L or a moment that matters to your customers, and work back to the decisions, process, data and people behind it.
Technology comes second. It earns its place only where it moves the number.
How we work
Five steps, one senior team.
01
Find the value
Trace how value flows today through decisions, process, data and people. Size what is at stake and where it gets stuck.
You getA sized list of value opportunities and a draft Value Case.
02
Design the flow
Redesign the work with the people who do it. Decide where AI earns its place, and where it doesn't.
You getThe future workflow, roles and the metrics that will prove it.
03
Prototype and deliver
Working prototypes in weeks, tested on real work. Then delivery with your teams and your technology partners.
You getA working solution in production, owned by your team.
04
Adopt
Train, embed and adjust until the new way of working is the normal way. Capability stays with your people.
You getTrained teams, updated playbooks and adoption measures.
05
Prove
Report against the Value Case at every steering meeting, and measure again 90 days after we leave.
You getA written value review against baseline and target.
Accountable for the number
The Pravv Value Case
One page, agreed at the start of every engagement. The first slide of every steering meeting and the last page of every report.
- Baseline
- Where the number is today, agreed with your finance team.
- Target
- The value at stake, in money or customer terms, and by when.
- Owner
- One named executive on your side. One Pravv partner on ours.
- Levers
- The decisions, process and technology changes that move the number.
- Review
- Measured again 90 days after we leave. In writing.
How we behave
Principles you can hold us to.
01
Business leads. Technology follows.
We start with the decision, the metric and its owner. Technology is chosen to fit.
02
People are the multiplier.
Not a cost line. We build our clients' capability so the value stays.
03
Everyone consults.
Every Pravvian is a consultant and a solution provider. No hand-offs.
04
Senior by design.
The people who scope the work do the work.
05
Value, or it didn't happen.
Every engagement has a Value Case. We report against it, including after we leave.
06
Your side of the table.
We say what you need to hear. Partners, not vendors.
Questions
Questions about how we work
How long does a typical Pravv engagement take?
It depends on the model. A Value Diagnostic takes 4 to 6 weeks, a Value Sprint 8 to 12 weeks, and a Value Partnership runs ongoing, quarter by quarter. Every model starts with the same thing: an agreed Value Case.
Does Pravv build the technology or only advise?
Both. The people who scope the work also deliver it. Pravv designs and prototypes solutions in weeks, then delivers them with your teams and technology partners, so advice never ends at a slide.
Is Pravv tied to a technology vendor?
No. Pravv is vendor-neutral. We choose platforms to fit the process and the business case, and we often work with technology you already own before recommending anything new.
What happens after Pravv leaves?
Your people own the solution and the number. We measure the result against the Value Case again 90 days after the engagement ends, and share the review in writing.
