Who we are

Pravv Technologies ("Pravv", "we") runs pravv.com. For anything in this notice, contact info@pravv.com.

What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect your name, work email, company, role (if given), region and your message. When you ask for a free resource, such as the Value Case worksheet, we collect your name, work email and company, the page you asked from, and whether you would like occasional emails from us. Our hosting provider also processes standard technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the site.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, or to email you the resource you asked for, and to follow up on it personally. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We only send you occasional emails beyond that if you tick the box to ask for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Your message is delivered to us, and resources are delivered to you, by an email delivery provider (Resend), which also stores our contact list. The site is hosted by a cloud hosting provider (Vercel). They process data on our instructions and for no other purpose. If you accept analytics cookies, Google and Microsoft also process usage data, as described under Cookies and analytics.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and resource requests only for as long as we need them to respond and to manage any relationship that follows, then delete them. If you asked for occasional emails, we keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@pravv.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies and analytics

pravv.com does not use advertising cookies. We use Google Analytics (provided by Google) and Microsoft Clarity (provided by Microsoft) to understand how people use the site: which pages they visit, how they arrive, and where pages are hard to use. Google Analytics runs in a restricted mode until you accept: it sets no cookies and sends Google only basic, cookieless signals, such as that a page was viewed. If you accept, it sets cookies such as _ga to measure visits properly. Microsoft Clarity only loads after you accept. It records clicks, scrolling and other page interactions, masks what people type into forms, and sets cookies such as _clck and _clsk. We never allow advertising use of this data. We remember your choice in your browser, and you can change it at any time from Cookie settings at the foot of every page.
